Why packaging inserts are important and how they can increase customer loyalty!
First, let’s talk about why packaging inserts and thank you cards are important for your small business.
- Packaging inserts are not costly – In fact, they are low-cost. the package is already paid to be shipped so there is no added cost for shipping. Inserts can also be seen as an investment with the return of repeat customers.
- Established Customer: The receiver is already a customer. They aren’t window shopping, they’ve already shopped! Therefore, you can focus your inserts on the item your customer bought.
- Cross-selling GALORE: You can showcase complimentary items to the purchased product or service. For example, if you sell lashes or provide a lash extension service, you can include instructions to clean lashes with a lash foam cleaner. YOUR lash foam cleaner.
- Loyalty…Loyalty… LOYALTY!: customers are likely to be repeat customers from a brand that appreciates them, and provides them an experience. A brand that makes them feel special.
