If you’re looking for a non-candy Valentine’s gift for your toddler or school-age kids, this free Valentine’s Day coloring card printable is here to save the day!
The coloring cards can be created with either your Cricut machine, or Silhouette machine, or you can cut them out by hand.
Materials:
- FREE DIY Valentine Crayon Card (access it below ⬇️)
- Printer
- Cardstock paper (60lb cardstock is what I used)
- Colored cardstock paper for the back of the card
- Glue (or your choice of adhesive)
- Crayons
- Cutting machine -OR- Scissors
- Hole Punch (optional)
How to Make
- Step 1: Download the Free Valentine printable card (⬇️)
- Step 2: Upload the file into your Cricut Design Space or Silhouette Studio
- You can open the file and select print if you don’t have a cutting machine. You can cut the cards into regular verticle rectangles if you don’t want to follow the scallop outline.
- If done manually, you must cut the circles to hold the crayon. To make this easier, use a hole puncher.

- Step 3: Print and cut the image. (Keep in mind if you are using a cutting machine you will have to trace the file and make a duplicate about 1-2 inches bigger for the colored cardstock backing)
- Step 4: Insert your crayon
- Step 5: Glue the “Fill Your Heart with Color” card on your preferred colored cardstock
- Step 6: Pass them out and Enjoy!
