Assembling Cardboard Fireplace
Step 1: Get all of the cardboard boxes you want to use to make your faux fireplace and assemble them together using hot glue and duct tape.
Step 2: Wrap your boxes. This is the perfect time to start practicing your Christmas wrapping skills. Start wrapping your boxes in faux brick wrapping paper or any paper of your choice. I used this one from Michales and purchased 1 roll.
Step 3: Decorate your fireplace mantle. Grab your faux snow, Christmas stockings, string lights, Christmas signs, and other embellishments, and dazzle your mantle! Target’s Dollar Spot is where I got most of my decorations and it’s a great resource for budget-friendly holiday decorations.
Step 4: Enjoy your creation! Turn on your lights and enjoy your cardboard fireplace! Don’t you love it? If so, I’d love to see it! Be sure to tag me on Instagram @marissakcreates. Warmest wishes and happy holidays everyone!
